Lindley Creek represents the Missouri Ozarks with their family-driven modern bluegrass sound. The band consists of Katie Greer Hutson on lead vocals and mandolin, Jase Greer on fiddle and vocals, Kathie Greer on rhythm guitar and vocals, John Rob Greer on upright bass and Caroline Greer on resonator guitar and vocals. The band has been touring full-time since 2010 and regularly performs at Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri. Since the release of their debut album Freedom, Love and The Open Road, Lindley Creek quickly burst onto the national Bluegrass scene. The entire record was produced by Jim VanCleve. Along the way, they’ve turned several heads and charted multiple songs including a No. 2 debut on the Bluegrass Today chart with their lead single “I Gotta Go,” while also being selected as an official showcase artist at the IBMA World of Bluegrass event in 2021. They were also a finalist for the IBMA Award for “Momentum Band of the Year,” while lead singer Katie Greer is up for “Momentum Vocalist of the Year.” With all the hype, Lindley Creek is gearing up for their sophomore record, coming in 2022. It features the latest single “Fare Thee Well.” It’s just a taste of what fans of the fast-rising Missouri natives have in store on their upcoming Pinecastle Records effort.
